Deluxe Spa Salad - Small

Green leaf lettuce on baby spinach topped with nutrient rich vegetables nuts and dried fruit including plum tomatoes, avocado, green pepper, cucumber carrots, mushrooms artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, alfalfa sprouts walnut pieces and dried cranberries. Served with balsamic vinaigrette on the side.

The Loaded Greek Salad

We start out with a layer of fresh greens and add Roma plum tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese Kalamata olives,, sliced banana peppers, cucumbers, carrots, green peppers onions, roasted red peppers and artichoke hearts. Our Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinaigrette is a favorite dressing for this perfect Greek.

Walnut Spinach Salad

A heaping bowl of fresh baby spinach topped with walnut pieces, crumbled bleu cheese, chopped bacon, fresh avocado slices, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes, Served with a side of spicy honey mustard.

Brown Derby Cobb Salad

The California original with mixed greens, sliced chicken breast, chopped bacon, plum tomatoes, fresh avocado slices and crumbled bleu cheese. With our special recipe spicy honey mustard on the side, we give the traditional a twist!

Chipotle Chicken Caesar Salad

A spicy and hearty version of the classic with mixed greens, sliced chicken breast, sun dried tomatoes, avocado, jalapeno jack cheese, and croutons with our incredible creamy chipotle Caesar dressing served on the side.
